At the end of July 2019, The Fourth National Quality Innovation Competition was held in Hangzhou, the project Development and Industrialization of Ultra Micro Drill Bit for Electronic Circuits of Jinzhou won the best QIC-V Award.

The Quality Innovation Competition is organized by China Quality Association (founded in 1979, is a national quality organization under the leadership of SASAC and under the guidance of the AQSIQ). The competition was divided into two stages, data review and on-site competition, and the items that pass the data review will enter the on-site competition. The awarded projects are scored in strict accordance with the China Quality Association Group Standard Quality Innovation Project Evaluation Criterion and its Quality Innovation Project Evaluation Score Distribution Table. The awards are divided into three levels, QIC- III, QIC- IV and QIC-V (the highest). The projects that win QIC-V award will receive the priority recommendation opportunity to represent China to take part in the International Quality Innovation Competition this year.

A total of more than a thousand projects to participate in the data review, and 298 projects were selected and moved on to the second stage. Jinzhou successfully passed the first trial, entered the field competition and won the highest QIC-V award. Among the 298 projects include the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Ocean Warrior manned submersible, the C919 aircraft, the 5G+AR+VR for remote acupuncture, the "hand-brain collaboration" network intelligent operation and maintenance, the KA satellite technology and the high-precision maglev.

General Secretary Xi has made such important remarks about high-quality development. First is to promote the transformation of Made in China to Create in China through quality innovation, second is to speed up the transformation from China Speed to China Quality through Quality promotion, and third is to transform Chinese Products into Chinese Brands through brand building.

As the first batch of Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise in Manufacturing Industry， awarded as the Excellent National Brand Enterprise of China four times in a row, Jinzhou has concentrated on micro drills for a long time, and persists in innovation-driving development. We introduced other quality management methods on the basis of the original PDCA recycle improvement to implement multi-level quality management. For intelligent manufacturing, we brought into the measurement, feedback and adjustment system of the quality index data, and promote improved SPC quality control, so that we can promise unified, stable and improved overall quality. In the future, Jinzhou will continue to promote quality innovation, and strive to be the best of the industry.
