User Registration Agreement of JINZHOU Official Mall

 This Agreement is a contract between you and the owner of JINZHOU Official Mall (hereinafter referred to as "Jinzhou Mall") in respect of related matters of the website service of JINZHOU Mall. Please read carefully and after you clicking the button of Agree to the following Agreement and submit, this Agreement shall constitute a binding legal document on both parties.

1. Acceptance Clause

1.1

The ownership and operation of all electronic services are owned by JINZHOU. Users agree to all the terms of the registration agreement and complete the registration process to become an official user of this site. The user confirms that the terms of this Agreement shall be a contract dealing with the rights and obligations of both parties and shall remain in force, subject to any other mandatory provisions of the law or otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

1.2

If the user clicks to agree to this agreement, he or she shall be deemed to be able to confirm that he or she has the right and capacity to enjoy the information inquiry and purchase order of this site and to be able to assume legal responsibility independently.

1.3

JINZHOU Mall reserves the right to decide on its own to refuse service, close user accounts, clear or edit content, or cancel orders to the extent permitted by the PRC mainland laws.

2.Local Service 

JINZHOU Mall provides users with PCB drilling consultation, tool purchase and other relevant service through the Internet. Only did they fully agree to this agreement and the provision of this site, could they have the right to site’s related services.

3.Transaction Rules

3.1Commodity information browsing, orders submission and purchase confirmation.

When browsing the detailed information page of a commodity in the shopping mall, the user shall carefully read all the contents contained in the commodity information, including but not limited to the name, type, quantity, quality, price, delivery date, distribution method and delivery time, return and exchange methods, refund conditions, after-sales service and etc., users fully accept all the content contained in the commodity information before clicking on the purchase.

3.2 Payment

After the establishment of the commodity purchase contract, the user shall complete the payment through the online payment platform according to the prompt on the payment page. If the user fails to complete the payment within the prescribed time, Jinzhou has the right to cancel the order unilaterally. The user has no right to ask JINZHOU to provide related goods before payment.

3.3 Distribution

Distribution will be according to the user’s designated receiving address strictly. If the order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances, JINZHOU Mall is not liable for the delay:

(1) Error in user-supplied information, lack of address, etc.

(2) No one signs or receives the goods after the goods are delivered, which results in the inability to distribute or delays the delivery;

(3) Caused by factors of change of circumstances

(4) Force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.

3.4 Return and refund

All items sold in JINZHOU Mall cannot be returned except for quality problems. Please confirm the order carefully before purchase.

4.user information

4.1

Users should provide registration information to the site in good faith and agree that the registration information is true, accurate, complete, legal and effective. If there is any change, should be updated in time. If the registration information is not legal, true, accurate or detailed, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibility and consequences and JINZHOU Mall reserves the right to terminate the use of the services provided by JINZHOU Mall.

4.2

When users browse, inquire, download file and shop through this site, there will involve his or her real name, address, phone number, email and other privacy information, the site will be strictly confidential, unless authorized by the user or provided by law, the site will not disclose any privacy information to the outside world.

4.3

User registration will generate account information such as user name and password; you can change your password according to site ‘rule. Users should be careful and reasonable to save and use their user name and password. If you find any illegal use or security vulnerabilities of his or her accounts, please notify the site and report to the public security authorities immediately.

4.4

Users agree that Jinzhou Mall has the right to send order information, promotional activities and other information to customers and consignees registered in this site by mail or SMS.

4.5

The user shall not lend the account to others; otherwise the user shall bear all the liability arising therefrom and shall be jointly and severally liable with the actual user.

5. User's obligation to act according to law

This Agreement is formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the State, and the user agrees to comply strictly with the following obligations:

(1) May not transmit or publish speeches to incite people to resist or destroy the implementation of constitution and laws, administrative rules and regulations, to incite subversion of the state power or overthrow the socialist system, to incite the speech of splitting the country, undermine the unity of the country, or to incite national hatred, Ethnic discrimination and the destruction of national unity.

(2) The transmission of data and information from mainland China to overseas must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of China;

(3) May not use this site to engage in money laundering, theft of trade secrets, theft of personal information and other illegal and criminal activities;

(4) Shall not interfere with the normal operation of this site and shall not intrude into this site and the national computer information system;

(5) No transmission or publication of any illegal, criminal, harassing, insulting, intimidating, harmful, vulgar, obscene, uncivilized or other information;

(6) No transmission or publication of information or speech that is detrimental to the public interest of the State and relates to national security

(7) May not incite people to engage in an act prohibited by this article;

(8) The account registered on this site shall not be used for profit-making business activities

(9) Shall not publish any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or legal rights of others, such as copyright, trademark rights, etc.;
