Diamond superhard tool can achieve such outstanding life promotion is because radical changes happened to its cutting edges, which was changed from cemented carbide into diamond, and the rigidity of diamond is 5 times than that of cemented carbide, therefore, the wear resistant property and lifespan are increased dramatically.

Diamond superhard tool uses PCD as cutting edges, its advantage is to well reflect the advantages of PCD, including good rigidity and excellent wear resistant property. While beveling, it can effectively avoid the generation of rough surface and burr of bevel cutter, its processing life is almost 100 times than that of common carbide chamfering tools and it can be resharped for many times.
