T/CPCA-4405-2020 General specification of tungsten carbide routers and endmills for printed circuit boards specifies the terms, definitions, classification, requirements, inspection, packaging, identification, transportation and storage of cemented carbide routers and endmills with diameters of 0.20 mm to 3.175mm for printed circuit boards. Suitable for tungsten carbide routers and endmills for printed circuit board.
