On 27th July, Mr. Markus, technical director of Schmoll came and visited Jinzhou for technical communication. 

Schmoll is an international leader of high-precision drilling machines.  Its advanced design combined with years of application experience, enables them to meet the requirements and challenges of various circuit boards.

This visit to Jinzhou by Mr. Markus is another close meeting and in-depth communication between two companies after Luo Chunfeng, the general manager of Jinzhou, visited them in Germany in June.

Mr. Markus and his party mainly visited the production site and CNC drilling branch of Jinzhou, and conducted a special presentation on Schmoll drilling technology to our staff, gave detailed introduction to the design and operational performance of different drilling machines that either aimed at general concern of the industry, or oriented towards the processing of packaging board or HDI board. They also talked about the back drilling technology and the drilling performance and key control point of depth-control drill and routing, which were raised by Jinzhou technicians, they asked questions actively and Mr. Markus gave detailed answers one by one.

At the production site of CNC drilling branch, two parties discussed deeply about the problems how to reform machines to adapt coated drills, also about drilling technology of package substrate, drilling vibration and other technical problems, so as to build a closer strategic partnership.

Jinzhou decided to provide drilling services, is hoping to connect the processing objects of testing center with practical applications, to obtain more closed-loop drilling data for the R & D team, and to accumulate experience in order to conduct on-line monitoring technology of micro-drilling (routing) system, so as to provide customers with all-round solutions while carrying out serving work.

Jinzhou insists on applying world-class raw materials and manufacturing through Swiss precision grinding machine, thus effectively ensures its outstanding quality. Jinzhou and Schmoll will continue to deepen strategic cooperation, and commit to provide the most advanced technology and the most comprehensive services for PCB drilling (routing).
